Greetings and HAPPY NEW YEAR!SERSHA is OPENand back inBUSINESS………HOUSING BUSINESS, that is.SERSHA invites all of our Members, Housing Partners, Housing Authorities, Landlords, Owners, Board Officials, and Commissioners to the Historic Williamsburg, Virginia where you will be provided with the tools, knowledge, and expertise needed to “Serve Your Families and Constituents Efficiently and Effectively in Unprecedented Times.” SERSHA’s 2022 Spring Conference will be held Wednesday, March 22, 2022, through Thursday, March 23, 2022. SERSHA Conferences provide an opportunity to learn, meet, greet, network, and share ideas/concerns as it relates to the programs administered under Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The two-day training session is designed to address Customer Service in the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and Public Housing.SERSHA will also offer a two-day Section 8 Inspector and Landlord Training instructed by Mr. Randy Allen, which will provide attendees with updates and knowledge on how to maneuver and conduct inspections in a pandemic.We have set the stage for a very informative, exciting, and memorable conference, we are sure you will love.
