Provide a formal and informal exchange of information between members concerning issues, regulations, and legislation impacting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs; to provide professional development training activities and encourage legislative activism.

Bylaws are designed to help the organization function in an orderly manner. SERSHA bylaws describe the purpose of the organization, its mission, the rights of members, in addition to officers, committees and their respective duties.
Electronic bylaws are now available in English, and highly recommended.
