The Southeast Regional Section 8 Housing Association was formed to provide an exchange of information among local agencies administering the Section 8 Housing Programs throughout the Southeast Region.

SERSHA conducts training seminars and workshops at regular intervals.

SERSHA provides the membership with information on proposed regulations and legislation that affects the Section 8 Housing Programs.

SERSHA recommends and supports legislation before the federal congress that will strengthen the Section 8 Housing Program
