Unsafe Housing Conditions

This article is confirmation of why the housing inspection process is so important. Not only should housing inspectors thoroughly understand the inspection process and required elements of Housing Quality Standards, PHA’s must ensure to adapt and implement a proper abatement process, that will stop payment to these landlords when these ‘life-threatening’ conditions.
