HCV Waiting List Opens after 10 Years!
Fairfax County Department of Housing and Community Development is a public housing agency in Fairfax, Virginia. Their mission is to "provide safe, affordable homes for the residents of Fairfax County; and to assist the disabled and senior members of the community." (www.fairfaxcounty.gov/housing). As of yesterday, they are geared up to do just that! On Tuesday January 29, 2019, the housing agency opened its waiting list for its Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) for the first time in over 10 years!
The list will be open from 8:00am Tuesday January 29, 2019 to 11:59pm on February 4, 2019. Applicants may apply online or in person at any time over the course of the application period.
To apply online you will need a valid email address and the information below for ALL household members:
~complete name
~relationship to head of household
~date of birth
~amount of income from ALL sources
