#TimelessThrowback Contest

In honor of our 40th, we want you to go back in time with us and post your favorite throwback photos. Each week on Thursday we will release the photo theme for the week. So stay connected with us on all of our social media accounts for your chance to win!!!

Prizes:

Weekly winner(s) will be announced at the close of the theme week and will be awarded a $40.00 cash prize which will be presented to them at the SERSHA Dinner Party on August 8, 2018 at 6:00 PM.

The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will receive a $40.00 cash prize. The prize is nontransferable. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for SERSHA to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Contest Guidelines:

1. Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry and will be attending the SERSHA Summer Conference 2018. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States of America, and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of SERSHA as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Contest.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 5, 2018 at 12:00 PM EST and ending August 2, 2018 at 11:59 AM EST. All online entries must be received by August 2, 2018 at 11:59 AM EST.

4. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that obtain a minimum of 50 likes.

5. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that SERSHA, anyone acting on behalf of SERSHA, and SERSHA's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes. without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. Optional verbiage for Contests: By entering this content, You represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of SERSHA. If the content of your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims.
