The SVP, Community Partnerships (CORE) is responsible for developing, building and monitoring new and existing partnerships and collaborations (both public and private), while leveraging resources and community support. This role would also be responsible for tracking new markets and emerging trends, recommending new service options, writing grant proposals, ensuring successful project management of grant submissions, measuring and reporting program outcomes, and driving results for CORE business goals.
